Payments

We accept online payments by all major credit and debit cards, as well as Vipps for pickup in Oslo.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and fulfill your order after the date in which it is placed.

Norway: We offer shipping by Helthjem in Norway, as well as pickup in Oslo.

International: At the moment, we are only offering international shipping to Sweden and Denmark by Norwegian Post. 

If you need expedited shipping, contact us directly before placing an order and we can calculate those costs on an individual basis.

Returns and exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're happy to help! We offer free shipping for exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have no damage or visible signs of use

If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of damaged items, so we can process a refund/exchange. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods will not be taken into consideration.

Products and care

Every item is hand thrown on the potter's wheel, with hand application of glaze. The nature of our craft allows for slight differences among products, whether in glaze colors, shapes or sizes. Every piece is unique, giving each customer a very special creation just for them.

Every piece is microwave, dishwasher, and food safe. However, we recommend washing your nrfceramics by hand and not exposing it to sudden temperature changes to preserve the fresh look of glazing.

Terms of service and privacy policy

All designs, content, and photography are property of nrfceramics and may not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.

Due to the nature of the handcraft, our products and services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty.

nrfceramics collects only the information you share directly with us via our website and exclusively for communicating with you and handling your orders. This information will not be shared with third parties other than for the purpose of completing your orders.
